About the Role We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in shaping intuitive, engaging, and impactful digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. Key Responsibilities Design of user-centric digital products from concept to execution. Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD . Conduct and analyze usability testing and user research to inform design decisions. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design with business goals. Contribute to and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products. Present and communicate design ideas clearly and effectively to cross-functional teams. UI Problem Solving, Design Tools Proficiency, Visual Design Skills, Design Principles, Dynamic Environment. Mentor junior team members so that they are effective. Use critical thinking to break down complex concepts. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work. Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator . Deep understanding of user-centered design principles , usability, accessibility, and HCI. Experience designing for responsive web, mobile apps, admin dashboards , and marketing assets. Logo and brand guideline design. Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. Experience with design systems and scalable design practices. Strategic thinker with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset. Preferred Skills Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. If background in designing for B2B, SaaS, AI/ML, MedTech, or Healthcare products, is a plus.
