Senior UI/UX Designer

As a visionary and detail-oriented Senior UX/UI Designer, your role will involve shaping user journeys, visual identity, and design systems for next-generation digital platforms. You will lead end-to-end UX/UI design processes for web and mobile applications, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and high-impact user experiences. Your responsibilities will also include creating and maintaining design systems, integrating AI-driven personalization, and conducting user research to refine designs continuously. Additionally, you will mentor junior designers and stay updated with the latest trends in UX design and AI integration. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end UX/UI design processes for web and mobile applications - Collaborate with product managers, developers, and AI/Blockchain engineers - Create and maintain comprehensive design systems and style guides - Integrate AI-driven personalization and real-time data visualization - Design intuitive workflows for Blockchain-integrated modules - Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis - Mentor junior designers and establish best practices - Stay updated with the latest UX design and AI integration trends Key Skills & Competencies: - Proficient in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Illustrator - Expertise in interactive prototyping, motion design, and user journey mapping - Experience designing interfaces for AI-driven systems - Understanding of Blockchain UX principles and front-end collaboration workflows - Strong problem-solving and communication skills - Ability to balance creativity with business goals Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, Computer Science, HCI, or related field - Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design - Proven track record of working with AI-based products or Blockchain applications In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on various types of contracts, including full-time, permanent, contractual/temporary, or freelance.
