Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent problem-solving abilities, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth and efficient transit services for employees, contributing to overall workplace satisfaction Manage Fleet Operations: Oversee the procurement, maintenance, and disposal of fleet vehicles worldwide. Maintenance Schedules: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure vehicle reliability. Compliance: Ensure compliance with international safety and transportation regulations. Cost Efficiency: Optimize routes and fuel usage to reduce costs. Performance Analysis: Analyze fleet performance data to identify areas for improvement. Coordination: Coordinate driver schedules and vehicle assignments to optimize resources. Safety Procedures: Develop and implement safety procedures to minimize accidents. Collaboration: Work with other departments to meet business goals and improve overall fleet efficiency.
