We are looking for a Senior Travel & Expense Analyst to join our team in Noida This is an amazing opportunity to work on a centralized process. About You – Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments Minimum of 3 years in employee transport & fleet management Strong knowledge of employee transport & fleet management tools Relevant certifications in fleet management or logistics are a plus. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent problem-solving abilities, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends. Knowledge of local transportation laws and regulations Required Competencies Excellent written and verbal communication skills Adaptability & Flexibility - Ready to accept work challenges Strong Interpersonal Skills Time management Sound Analytical Skills - Must be detail oriented Self-Starter It would be great if you also had . . . Relevant certifications in fleet management or logistics are a plus What will you be doing in this role? This role is crucial for ensuring smooth and efficient transit services for employees, contributing to overall workplace satisfaction Manage Fleet Operations: Oversee the procurement, maintenance, and disposal of fleet vehicles worldwide. Maintenance Schedules: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure vehicle reliability. Compliance: Ensure compliance with international safety and transportation regulations. Cost Efficiency: Optimize routes and fuel usage to reduce costs. Performance Analysis: Analyze fleet performance data to identify areas for improvement. Coordination: Coordinate driver schedules and vehicle assignments to optimize resources. Safety Procedures: Develop and implement safety procedures to minimize accidents. Collaboration: Work with other departments to meet business goals and improve overall fleet efficiency.
