Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Manager Travel Consultant / Air Ticketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of GDS systems, strong customer service skills, and the ability to handle complex travel itineraries. Key Responsibilities: Book and issue airline tickets using GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo). Manage flight reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently. Assist clients with travel inquiries, pricing, and itinerary planning. Provide expert advice on international and domestic flight options. Ensure compliance with airline policies, fare rules, and refund procedures. Process group bookings and corporate travel arrangements. Resolve ticketing-related issues and provide after-sales support. Stay updated on airline promotions, fare changes, and travel regulations. Requirements: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in air ticketing and travel consulting. Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) is a must. Strong knowledge of airline fare structures, ticketing procedures, and refunds. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple bookings efficiently. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Knowledge of visa and travel insurance processes is a plus.
