Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage training programs from planning to evaluation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and deliver product trainings, process trainings, and soft skills trainings to employees across various levels.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Training Need Identification (TNI) to identify gaps in employee skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop effective learning materials.
  • Analyze training metrics to measure effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for future improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 6-11 years of experience in Learning & Development or related field.
  • Strong understanding of LMS systems and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to engage audiences effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
