Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage training programs from planning to evaluation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Develop and deliver product trainings, process trainings, and soft skills trainings to employees across various levels.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Training Need Identification (TNI) to identify gaps in employee skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop effective learning materials.
Analyze training metrics to measure effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for future improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile

6-11 years of experience in Learning & Development or related field.
Strong understanding of LMS systems and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to engage audiences effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
