Now Hiring: Senior Training Coordinator at NIIT

Senior Training Coordinator

Eligibility Criteria

Graduates from the following disciplines can apply:

B.A., B.Com, BBA, BHM, B.Sc., BCA
B.Tech (Mechanical / Biotech)
Distance PG and PGDM candidates are also eligible

What Were Looking For

Good working knowledge of computers
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Willingness to work in
rotational shifts (including nights)
Night shift allowance provided

Key Responsibilities

Provide
245 Training Administration Support
to global clients
Assist customers with training-related queries via email
Offer resolutions and training scheduling options
Collect additional information and perform detailed case analysis
Document cases in the system and generate tickets
Prepare daily/weekly reports using
MS Excel
Handle Training Management activities on various
Learning Management Systems (LMS)
