Senior Training Coordinator

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and consolidate large datasets by integrating multiple Excel sheets (>1000 rows) with varying

columns, identifying common fields, and applying relevant formulas.

• Ensure strict adherence to office timings (08:50 a.m. – 6:10 p.m., Monday to Saturday) and enforce

punctuality among team members, trainers, and participants.

• Maintain, monitor, and consolidate manual attendance records.
• Guide and mentor junior team members by assigning tasks, reviewing outputs, and ensuring timely

delivery.

• Act as a bridge between trainers and client staff for addressing day-to-day operational matters.
• Understand participant requirements and escalate concerns to company management in a timely

manner.

• Supervise assessments with strict invigilation standards.
• Build strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders by demonstrating effective

communication and coordination skills.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of programs and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. 7–10 years of relevant experience.
2. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (intermediate to advanced level).
3. Strong data management and reporting skills.
4. Proven ability to enforce discipline and maintain punctuality.
5. Team leadership and task management experience.
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
7. Client-facing experience with the ability to handle operational challenges.
8. Proficiency in the regional language (location-specific) preferred.
