Senior Total Rewards Specialist

Role Overview: Etraveli Group, a leading tech solutions and fulfillment company for online flight sales, is seeking a Senior Total Rewards Specialist to shape and deliver reward strategies that attract, retain, and engage top talent globally. As part of a diverse team of passionate professionals, you will partner with business and HR leaders to develop fair, competitive, and scalable rewards programs. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the Senior Manager - Total Rewards to develop a comprehensive total rewards strategy aligned with business objectives - Build out Total Rewards programs in alignment with a high impact HR operating model, ensuring client satisfaction through streamlined processes - Establish key metrics for programs and oversee operational leadership of salary reviews, job evaluation, pensions, benefits, wellness, recognition, and equity programs - Partner with HR and business leaders to anticipate needs, manage vendor relationships, and prepare total rewards materials for senior leaders - Stay informed on industry trends and legal intelligence for total rewards, manage global mobility policies, and work with internal and external experts Qualifications: - Proficiency in Excel, including data management, statistical analysis, and pivot tables - Experience with compensation management in a Human Capital Management (HCM) System - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for senior leadership presentations - Ability to independently organize and achieve objectives proactively - Business acumen, collaboration skills, and client-focused mentality - Experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, maintaining attention to detail in complex issues - Demonstrated judgment and maturity in handling sensitive and confidential information - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field At Etraveli Group, you will work in a fast-growing company with high ambitions to be the top Online travel agency worldwide.
