Lead Testing Engineer

Requirements

Strong experience in implementing test strategies for web, mobile, and API-based applications.
Hands-on experience in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, RestAssured, TestNG).
Experience with performance, security, and regression testing methodologies and tools.
Proficient in scripting and programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Knowledge of test management and defect tracking tools like Jira, TestRail, or Zephyr.
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills in Agile teams.

Responsibilities

Implementation of test plans, test cases, and automation strategies to ensure high product quality.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and DevOps to embed quality at every stage of development.
Build and maintain automated test suites for UI, API, and performance testing across applications.
Mentor junior QA engineers and enforce testing best practices within the team.
