Key Responsibilities: Mandatory Competencies Must have experience in Insurance Domain Specially experience on Life annuities experience is required Good to have experience in Policy Admin System conversion projects Must have experience in large New Product implementation projects Must have experience in in defining implementation of Test strategy test design test planning and test execution Must have experience in test automation Must have experience in implementation of STLC Testing Techniques Processes Must have experience at planning organizational skills attentions to the detail Must have experience of complex Test Data management for various testing region environments creation and maintenance of test beds Must have experience in Functional System Integration Database Testing Must have experience in testing of web application Web services BI Reports Must have the ability to identify the areas of automations towards productivity improvement continuous effort reduction Must have ability to understand the priorities project timelines and good at maintaining required communication with relevant stake holders Must have experience in leading guiding the team towards project goals organizational values Must have the ability to identify testing Risks and able to come up with mitigation contingency plan Must have experience in defect management Metric Management Good knowledge awareness of Performance Security testing Good at Business communication and able to articulate the problem with possible solution Any Engineering Graduate MCA with 8 years of testing experience Technical Requirements: Good to have knowledge of mobile cloud testing concepts Good to have Prior experience of Automation Testing with any Tool TOSCA is preferable Knowledge experience of CMMI other processes Preferred Skills: Domain(IBPO)->Life Insurance->Individual Annuity-ALL,Domain(IBPO)->Life Insurance->Individual Life-ALL,Technology->Data Services Testing->Test Data Management,Process->Testing methodology->Risk based Testing->Testing
