Job Description

As an experienced candidate in the Insurance Domain, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Must have experience in Insurance Domain, especially with a focus on Life annuities - Good to have experience in Policy Admin System conversion projects - Experience in large New Product implementation projects is a must - Proficient in defining implementation of Test strategy, test design, test planning, and test execution - Skilled in test automation and implementation of STLC Testing Techniques Processes - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to plan effectively - Expertise in complex Test Data management for various testing region environments, including creation and maintenance of test beds - Experience in Functional System Integration and Database Testing - Proficient in testing web applications, web services, and BI Reports - Ability to identify areas of automation for productivity improvement and continuous effort reduction - Capable of understanding project priorities, timelines, and maintaining communication with relevant stakeholders - Experience in leading and guiding the team towards project goals and organizational values - Skilled in identifying testing risks and developing mitigation contingency plans - Proficient in defect management and Metric Management - Good knowledge and awareness of Performance and Security testing - Strong business communication skills with the ability to articulate problems and provide possible solutions Qualifications required: - Any Engineering Graduate or MCA with a minimum of 8 years of testing experience In addition to the key responsibilities, you may also be involved in the following additional responsibilities: - Knowledge of mobile cloud testing concepts is a plus - Prior experience in Automation Testing with any Tool, preferably TOSCA - Knowledge and experience of CMMI and other processes Preferred Skills: - Microservices - Springboot - Drools - BA Life Insurance - Angular JS - Pega - Progress,
