Minimum 14+ years of IT services delivery experience
At least 5+ years in healthcare domain delivery
Proven track record managing large teams (100+) direct reports comprising development and testing resources
Should have experience in building testing teams for both Functional and Automation
Strong experience in scaling teams and building delivery organizations
Experience managing multiple client engagements simultaneously
Expert-level expertise in program governance and project management
Demonstrated excellence in team leadership and talent development
Strong ability to motivate and retain high-performing teams
Experience managing teams in matrixed and distributed environments
