Strong business communication skills and the ability to articulate problems with possible solutions are necessary. An Engineering Graduate or MCA with at least 8 years of testing experience is preferred. Knowledge of mobile cloud testing concepts and prior experience in Automation Testing with tools like TOSCA is an advantage. Familiarity with CMMI and other processes is also desired.
