Senior Test Manager

You should have experience in the Insurance domain, particularly in Life annuities. Experience in Policy Admin System conversion projects is a plus. You must have worked on large New Product implementation projects and have defined implementation of Test strategy, test design, test planning, and test execution. It is essential to have experience in test automation and implementation of STLC Testing Techniques Processes. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to plan are crucial for this role. You should be adept at managing complex Test Data for various testing regions, including creating and maintaining test beds. Experience in Functional, System Integration, and Database Testing is required, along with testing web applications, web services, and BI Reports. You should be able to identify areas for automation to improve productivity and reduce effort continuously. Understanding project priorities, timelines, and maintaining communication with stakeholders is essential. Leading and guiding the team towards project goals and organizational values is part of the role. You should be able to identify testing risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans. Experience in defect and Metric Management, as well as knowledge of Performance and Security testing, is beneficial. Strong business communication skills and the ability to articulate problems with possible solutions are necessary. An Engineering Graduate or MCA with at least 8 years of testing experience is preferred. Knowledge of mobile cloud testing concepts and prior experience in Automation Testing with tools like TOSCA is an advantage. Familiarity with CMMI and other processes is also desired. Preferred Skills include TOSCA, ETL, Java (with a combination of another skill), and knowledge of Testing processes and Test Automation Process.,
