Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop test strategies, plans, and cases based on requirements to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
Lead end-to-end testing activities for multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify defects and implement fixes using Jenkins and GitLab tools.
Implement shift left testing techniques to reduce defects at the development stage by working closely with developers.
Utilize Test Management Tools (TMT) to track defects, manage defect lifecycle, and maintain accurate records.
Experience testing AI/Gen AI business applications.
Demonstrate usage of Gen AI in tooling & AI driven insights reporting.
Creating/Reusing AI utilities/components for Testing.

Desired Candidate Profile

14-18 years of experience in software testing with expertise in functional & non-functional testing methodologies.
Proficiency in Test Automation Frameworks like Selenium WebDriver or Appium; knowledge of Test Pyramid principles is an added advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech/B.E.).
