1.Key Responsibilities: Test Planning & Execution: •?????Analyse trade finance system requirements and create detailed test plans and test cases. •?????Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for trade finance applications. •?????Execute test cases manually and document test results for validation and reporting. Defect Identification & Reporting: •?????Identify, log, and track defects in trade finance applications using bug-tracking tools (JIRA). •?????Collaborate with developers and business analysts to reproduce, analyze, and resolve system issues. •?????Conduct retesting to validate defect resolution and ensure stability. Trade Finance System Testing: •?????Test functionalities related to trade finance instruments such as Letters of Credit (LCs), Bank Guarantees (BGs), Documentary Collections, and Supply Chain Finance. •?????Validate compliance with trade finance regulations •?????Ensure system integrations with core banking platforms and external trade finance networks work as expected. Documentation & Process Improvement: •?????Maintain and update test cases, test scripts, and test execution reports. •?????Suggest improvements in testing strategies and trade finance application workflows. •?????Ensure adherence to quality assurance (QA) best practices and industry standards. Collaboration & Communication: •?????Work closely with business analysts, trade finance teams, and IT stakeholders to understand requirements and testing priorities. •?????Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. •?????Provide feedback on system usability, security, and performance. Technical Skills: •?????Strong understanding of trade finance products and processes. •?????Experience with test management tools (Zephyr). •?????Basic knowledge of SQL for database testing. •?????Familiarity with API testing.
