Senior Telecom BSS Consultant (Product Catalog & Billing Systems)

Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Telecom BSS Consultant with deep expertise in product catalog, pricing, and billing systems . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Amdocs CES Billing 9.1 , Kenan Billing , and partner and roaming management platforms . This role requires end-to-end ownership of telecom product configuration, pricing rules, and integration with billing and roaming systems. Key Responsibilities: Design, configure, and manage telecom Product Catalogs and Pricing Structures (including WLS). Work on Amdocs CES Billing 9.1 for billing configurations, rating, and charging rules. Operate and integrate with Kenan Billing Platform and ensure smooth data exchange across systems. Handle interconnect and roaming settlements using Amdocs Roam Clearing Manager (ARCM) . Support partner lifecycle and revenue share models through Partner Management (APRM) tools. Ensure regulatory compliance and high accuracy in billing and invoicing processes. Collaborate with product managers and solution architects to define BSS flows across CRM, order management, and revenue systems. Assist QA and UAT teams in validating complex billing and catalog scenarios. Must-Have Skills: Strong understanding of Telecom Product Catalogs and hierarchical pricing models. Expertise in WLS Product & Pricing architecture. Proficiency in CES Billing 9.1 including rating, charging, and mediation. Hands-on with Kenan Billing Platform . Experience with Amdocs Roam Clearing Manager (ARCM) and partner operations. Working knowledge of Knowbility tools for telecom process support. Familiarity with Partner Management (APRM) modules. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field. Previous experience working with Tier-1 telecom operators or BSS vendors like Amdocs, Ericsson, Netcracker. Experience in migration, transformation, or greenfield BSS implementations.
