Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Technician, located in South Delhi. The Senior Technician will be responsible for overseeing and managing technical operations related to apparel production, ensuring quality standards are met, and troubleshooting any production issues. Responsibilities include supervising the production process, collaborating with design and quality teams, and ensuring adherence to client specifications and timelines. The role also involves staying updated with the latest developments in apparel manufacturing technologies and implementing them effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in garment production techniques, fabric types, and apparel manufacturing processes
• Experience in quality assurance and quality control processes to maintain high product standards
• Technical skills in troubleshooting production issues and implementing solutions efficiently
• Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure timely delivery of production orders
• Good communication and leadership skills to supervise teams and collaborate with different departments
• Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and implement innovative solutions
• Relevant experience in apparel manufacturing and a diploma or degree in a related field is preferred
