Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Front Office Executive. The Front Office Executive will be responsible for managing the reception area, greeting and assisting visitors, handling phone calls, and ensuring smooth communication within the office. Additionally, the role involves scheduling appointments, managing office supplies, and providing administrative support to various departments as needed.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and team members
Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing schedules and maintaining office operations
Proficiency in basic office software, including MS Word, Excel, and email systems
Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work efficiently, and maintain a professional demeanor
Previous experience in a front desk, administrative, or customer service role is preferred
Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent qualification

Salary up to 3 Lakh max Annually.
