Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter with 5+ years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using CEIPAL ATS and must be available to work onsite during EST business hours. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage full-cycle technical recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and closing offers. 2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies. 3. Source top talent via LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, referrals, and networking. 4. Schedule and coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and ensure a positive candidate experience. 5. Accurately track and update candidate information in SharePoint. 6. Meet daily/weekly KPIs for submissions, interviews, and closures. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1.Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruitment (IT staffing). 2.Strong understanding of various IT technologies and job functions. 3.Hands-on experience with CEIPAL ATS and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, etc. 4.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 5.Must be able to work onsite and strictly during EST business hours. 6.Proven ability to fill technical roles quickly under tight deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: 1.Experience in both permanent and contract staffing. 2.Prior client-facing or vendor management experience. 3.Exposure to US recruitment or global hiring processes.
