Role Overview

Senior Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end tech hiring for mid-to-senior and leadership roles in engineering, product, AI/ML, and Security.
Build strong talent pipelines using advanced sourcing strategies and tools.
Engage and nurture top passive talent from product-first and SaaS companies.
Partner with stakeholders across hiring, HRBP, and global TA teams.
Own and enhance candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Report and present hiring metrics and market intelligence to business leaders.

Ideal Candidate Profile

10 to 15 years of tech recruiting experience
, ideally in product-driven or SaaS organizations.
Proven success hiring top-tier engineers, architects, and tech leaders in competitive markets.
Strong academic foundation (B.Tech/M.Tech in CS or related field preferred).
Experience hiring for companies with high engineering standards (e.g., Google, Amazon, Flipkart, Atlassian, etc.).
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and data-driven hiring acumen.
Familiarity with ATS platforms, Boolean sourcing, and modern TA tech stack.
