EVIK is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate the delivery of its large-scale enterprise Software as a Service (SaaS) platform. This long-term role involves managing a cross-functional team of 20 professionals spanning Backend, Frontend, Mobile, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Quality Assurance, User Interface and User Experience design, Database, DevOps, and Compliance. The successful candidate thrives on guiding complex programs from inception to release, working closely with senior engineers and designers, and applying Agile methodologies to maintain steady progress and clarity throughout multi-month roadmaps. In this position, the Senior Technical Project Manager takes ownership of planning, execution, and risk management while ensuring alignment across various technical and non-technical teams. Leading through clear communication, meticulous coordination, and proactive risk assessment, the individual will be the connective tissue facilitating seamless collaboration. Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of complex software projects across multiple technical teams, including Backend, Frontend, Mobile, AI ML, QA, UI UX, Database, DevOps, and Compliance.
• Develop, own, and maintain comprehensive SaaS product roadmaps that align with company objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate dependencies and manage interactions between technical and non-technical teams to promote efficient, synchronized workflows.
• Translate strategic product goals into clear, actionable, and measurable execution plans that guide team efforts effectively.
• Identify potential risks at early stages and implement mitigation strategies to prevent escalation and project delays.
• Facilitate communication channels to ensure teams remain aligned, focused, and motivated toward common goals.
• Manage scope, timelines, resources, and budgets responsibly to optimize project outcomes and ensure delivery within agreed parameters.
• Utilize Agile project management techniques such as Scrum and Kanban to foster a flexible and transparent development environment.
• Employ Jira and Jira Query Language (JQL) to plan tasks, track progress, and generate reports that inform leadership and project stakeholders.
• Support cross-functional collaboration by coordinating efforts among engineering, design, quality assurance, and compliance teams.
• Drive regular status updates and progress reviews to maintain visibility into project health and address obstacles proactively.
• Encourage a culture of continuous improvement by extracting lessons learned and incorporating feedback into future sprints and releases.
• Work closely with senior leadership to align program execution with broader organizational strategies and product direction.
• Manage and mentor a team of 20 professionals, fostering an environment of accountability, growth, and high performance.
• Ensure adherence to governance and compliance standards throughout the project lifecycle to maintain product quality and reliability.
• Promote transparency in risk assessment and resource allocation to help teams make informed decisions without micromanagement.
