Senior UI UX and Web Designer

EVIK is seeking multiple Senior UI/UX Designers to join our growing team building a large-scale SaaS platform. This hands-on role demands execution-focused individuals who can work quickly while maintaining enterprise-grade quality and consistency across thousands of screens on both web and mobile platforms. Designers will translate detailed product specifications, workflows, permissions, and states into clean, consistent user interfaces that improve clarity, usability, and visual hierarchy without altering core flows. The ideal candidate has at least eight years of experience delivering high-volume UI screen production for complex multi-tenant SaaS environments and excels at maintaining strict design consistency across modules, industries, and user roles. This position emphasizes speed and quality, requiring disciplined self-management to meet ongoing daily and weekly delivery expectations using Figma and large-scale design systems.

Responsibilities:

• Produce a high volume of UI screens for a complex multi-tenant SaaS platform across web and mobile devices, ensuring responsive adaptation without complete redesigns for mobile.
• Translate detailed product specifications, workflows, roles, and states into clean, clear, and consistent user interfaces that align with the established platform architecture and compliance requirements.
• Maintain strict consistency across all modules, industries, and user roles by adhering to design systems, layout standards, component libraries, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Iterate on user interfaces rapidly without compromising quality, accuracy, or usability by continuously producing and refining screens based on feedback and product needs.
• Collaborate with product managers and development teams to understand and implement complex workflows and permissions while ensuring compliance and design consistency.
• Adopt and work efficiently within existing large-scale design systems, utilizing Figma to build reusable components and patterns that support the platforms design goals.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, delivering clean and usable designs that meet daily and weekly output targets without supervision.
• Respond constructively to design feedback and make quick adjustments while maintaining forward momentum to support ongoing product growth and refinement.
• Ensure visual designs enhance clarity and usability while preserving the integrity of the core flows established within the SaaS platform provide seamless user experience.
• Commit to long-term engagement with continuous delivery of consistent and high-quality UI designs, contributing to a senior design team operating at speed.
