Hands-On Development: Write robust, maintainable, and secure PHP code using Laravel and modern development principles. Architect & Scale: Design high-performance application architecture, optimize APIs and database schemas for scalability and reliability. Agile Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with UI/UX designers, DevOps engineers, and product stakeholders to deliver seamless solutions. Drive Quality: Implement coding standards, enforce security protocols, and ensure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines are running smoothly. Optimize & Innovate: Continuously improve performance, security, and scalability of web applications through thoughtful, forward-thinking solutions. Problem Solving: Analyze and solve complex development challenges with creative, scalable solutions. Lead & Mentor: (For Team Lead Position) Guide and support a team of PHP developers, conduct code reviews, and promote clean coding standards and best practices. What Makes You a Great Fit? Experience: 5+ years of professional PHP development experience Technical Mastery: Expertise in Laravel or other PHP MVC Frameworks , MySQL , and modern JavaScript technologies. API & Architecture: Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and application performance tuning. DevOps Friendly: Proficient with Git , CI/CD pipelines , and code structure Leadership: (For Team Lead Position) Proven ability to mentor, guide , and inspire junior developers while leading technical discussions and decision-making. Bonus Skills: Experience with Docker , Microservices , or React is a strong advantage.
