Role & responsibilities

Lead
end-to-end design
of web application products from understanding requirements to final UI delivery.
Conduct user research, workflow analysis, and convert insights into design strategy.
Define
information architecture

user flows

interactive prototypes
for complex systems.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure a seamless design-to-development handoff.
Create
wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs
using tools like Figma.
Develop and maintain
design systems
, component libraries, and UX standards across products.
Translate business requirements and user feedback into design improvements and innovation.
Ensure usability, accessibility, and consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Stay updated on
UX trends, design patterns, and emerging tools
to drive innovation.

of professional experience in
UI/UX design
for web or SaaS products.
Proven track record in
conceptualizing and designing full product experiences
not just interfaces.
Exceptional skills in
user research, journey mapping, and design thinking

Advanced proficiency in
Figma

Sketch
, or equivalent tools.
Strong understanding of
interaction design

visual hierarchy

responsive design principles
.
Experience working closely with
developers
and understanding technical constraints.
Strong communication skills to
present, justify, and refine designs
