Senior Front End Engineer

In this role, the Senior Frontend Engineer will engage deeply with the latest technologies such as React, TypeScript, Redux, and modern JavaScript (ES6+) to craft a component-based design system integrated with REST API-driven architecture. The engineer is expected to solve complex UI challenges involving permissions, workflows, and dynamic states that are essential for a large multi-tenant SaaS platform. Collaboration, independent problem-solving, and clear communication are critical, and while guiding frontend architecture, the engineer will ensure that their contributions are robust and scalable. Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain core frontend modules of a large multi-tenant Enterprise SaaS platform using React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript standards.
• Collaborate effectively with backend, AI, QA, and product teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of frontend features.
• Translate detailed user experience designs into scalable, maintainable, and high-quality frontend code that meets business and user needs.
• Implement complex user interface states, permissions, and workflows to support various user roles and business processes within the platform.
• Contribute to the design and evolution of frontend architecture, emphasizing clean code, modularity, and long-term maintainability.
• Employ Agile methodologies, such as Scrum, to participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives ensuring continuous delivery and improvement.
• Utilize Redux for state management to maintain organized and predictable frontend application state.
• Use module bundlers like Webpack to optimize frontend assets for performance and reliability across different devices and screen sizes.
• Develop responsive designs using CSS3 and HTML5 to maintain optimal user experience on various platforms and devices.
• Write comprehensive unit tests to verify the correctness, reliability, and performance of frontend components.
• Promote coding standards and frontend best practices across the team to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Communicate clearly and proactively about progress, challenges, and solutions with stakeholders and team members.
• Mentor junior developers informally by sharing knowledge on frontend development and architecture best practices when opportunities arise.
• Maintain focus on long-term product goals, balancing feature delivery with code quality and system scalability.
• Adapt to evolving project requirements and technology advancements to ensure that the platform remains cutting-edge and competitive.
