Job Description

Role Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Technical Engagement Manager (TEM) to lead and represent the

company for our global projects, ensuring the successful delivery of technology solutions. The

ideal candidate will possess strong technical acumen, deep experience in solution architecture,

and a proven ability to manage customer relationships across international markets.

This is a customer-facing, delivery-focused role. The TEM will act as the single point of contact

for international clients, working closely with internal teams such as HR, delivery, and

engineering to drive execution excellence and maintain stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement

 Serve as the face of the company to international clients, managing day-to-day

engagement and maintaining trusted relationships.

 Ensure 60–70% of your role is dedicated to direct interaction with global customers

(especially from the US/EU regions).

 Lead regular status updates, technology discussions, and strategic reviews with

customer stakeholders.

 Prepare technical proposals.

Solution Architecture & Technology Leadership

 Understand customer requirements and provide fit-for-purpose architecture options,

tools, and frameworks.

 Offer hands-on guidance on full-stack development, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP),

microservices, and modern enterprise technology stacks.

 Provide architectural oversight to ensure solution alignment with business goals and

technical standards.

 Advise on and incorporating AI/ML-based components where applicable — including

intelligent automation, data-driven insights, and modern GenAI tooling (e.g., Copilot,

Ollama, LangChain, LLM-based APIs).

AI & Emerging Tech Awareness

 Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in AI, machine learning, and generative AI

solutions.

 Evaluate and recommend AI tools, frameworks, and design approaches that can

enhance solution value for enterprise clients.

 Collaborate with internal architects and customer teams to identify opportunities to

apply AI in product modernization, analytics, or intelligent workflows.

Project Delivery Oversight

 Own end-to-end execution from discovery to delivery across assigned programs.

 Coordinate with internal teams including delivery, engineering, QA, HR, and leadership

to ensure timely and high-quality execution.

 Track delivery milestones, manage risks, and proactively resolve roadblocks.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

 Act as a bridge between client and internal teams—ensuring clarity in expectations,

resource alignment, and communication.

 Work closely with HR for resourcing, onboarding, and performance feedback.

 Participate in internal planning, knowledge sharing, and post-mortem analysis for

delivery improvement.

Governance & Reporting

 Conduct regular customer reviews, track key delivery KPIs, and escalate issues when

needed.

 Maintain documentation and dashboards that ensure delivery transparency and

accountability.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

 15–18 years of experience in technology services, with significant exposure to

international customers.

 Strong track record in solution architecture, enterprise systems design, and technology

modernization.

 Deep hands-on knowledge of full-stack technologies, cloud platforms, and scalable

enterprise applications.

 Good understanding of AI/ML tools, data pipelines, and the potential application of

emerging AI technologies across domains.

 Awareness of GenAI, LLM-based development, AI-enhanced developer tooling (e.g.,

GitHub Copilot, Azure AI Services), and real-world deployment patterns.

 Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary internal teams across delivery, HR, and

operations.

 Excellent stakeholder communication skills and the ability to interact with CXO-level

executives.

 Prior experience handling global accounts with direct customer engagement

responsibilities.

 Willingness to work in Hyderabad.

Pay: ₹935,982.96 - ₹2,160,907.88 per year
