Senior Technical Content Analyst (CCMS/DITA)

About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Technical Content Analyst (CCMS/DITA) to join our Content Engineering & Delivery team. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in DITA, structured authoring, CCMS platforms, and enterprise documentation workflows. You will work directly with customers to analyze existing documentation ecosystems, recommend improvements, plan and execute migrations, and support CCMS implementations. This is a functional + hands-on role—perfect for someone who understands both the content side and the content-technology side of enterprise documentation. Required Experience & Skills

4-7 years of experience in technical documentation domain - writing/strategy/platform operations. Strong experience with DITA, XML, and structured authoring principles.

Ability to analyse documentation ecosystems, content structures, metadata, and taxonomy
Familiarity with content models, reusable topic structures, templates, and metadata

Understanding of information architecture and content reuse strategies.
Comfort working with cross-functional teams including writers, SMEs, engineers, and

frameworks. product owners. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Strong documentation, requirement gathering, and presentation abilities.

Good knowledge of content publishing workflows and DITA-OT concepts.
Ability to interpret and optimize documentation workflows and content lifecycle processes.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills, including demos and training delivery.
Attention to detail and a structured, organized approach to content quality.

Nice to Have

Experience in content platform migration
Basic familiarity with automation or scripting (Python/JS/XSLT)
Exposure to API documentation, documentation portals, or docs-as-code workflows
Exposure to REST APIs or documentation portal
