Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end design, development & implementation of SAP solutions
* Provide technical guidance to junior consultants
* Develop ABAP RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms)
* Build & enhance SAP Fiori/UI5 applications
* Develop & integrate OData services
* Work on SAP PI/PO integrations
* Perform SuccessFactors & third-party integrations
* Configure & customize SAP HR & Fiori modules
* Handle data migration, testing (SIT, UAT), and quality assurance
* Lead SAP upgrades, patches & migrations
* Collaborate with Basis, functional teams & business stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
* 10+ years of experience in SAP ABAP
* 10+ years of Fiori/UI5 development
* Strong expertise in OData services & UI5 tools
* Experience in HR module development & integration
* Hands-on with SAP PI/PO
* Knowledge of SuccessFactors integration
* Proficiency in SAP HANA development & performance tuning
* Experience in SAP Workflow
* Strong communication & problem-solving skills
