Senior Technical Consultant

As an experienced professional in IT infrastructure, your role will involve providing escalation support, planning IT infrastructure, conducting security reviews, managing changes, training teams, overseeing server and virtualization management, and approving RCAs for critical incidents. Key Responsibilities: - Provide escalation support for resolving complex problems to the L2 team. - Demonstrate expertise in IT infrastructure planning, security reviews, change and configuration management, policy and standards definitions, team management, and training. - Utilize your experience in implementing and managing large-scale Server Management and Virtualization Management. - Analyze and approve Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for critical incidents.
