Senior Technical Consultant

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Consultant to lead the design, development, and delivery of complex technical solutions for our clients. This role demands both deep technical expertise and strong communication skills to bridge the gap between business requirements and technology execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical discovery sessions with clients to understand business objectives and translate them into technical requirements.
• Design and architect end-to-end solutions using modern technologies, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Oversee implementation efforts across the development lifecycle—requirements gathering, coding, testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and engineers.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact during client engagements, ensuring alignment and high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, business analysts, and developers.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and bring innovation into client solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes.
• Participate in technical pre-sales conversations and support proposal building with solution overviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software development or technical consulting roles.
• Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js).
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and infrastructure tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and system integrations.
• Solid understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
