Job Description

As a Senior Technical Architect at our company, you will be responsible for providing best-fit architectural solutions for projects, defining scope and sizing of work, and leading Proof of Concept developments. Your role will involve designing and developing complex features to meet clients" business needs, ensuring project implementation compliance, and utilizing technology research to innovate and manage technology solutions. You will collaborate with top industry talent to create high-quality solutions and participate in Sales and client-focused pursuits. Additionally, you may mentor Junior Architects and development team members as part of the Business Unit Leadership team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own and drive forward specific areas of technology architecture - Provide architectural solutions/designs to project execution teams - Lead projects within architecture and work with cross-functional teams - Develop Proof-of-Concept projects to validate new architectures - Support Agile Scrum teams with technical solutions and continuous delivery - Mentor multiple teams in building innovative applications - Drive common vision, practices, and capabilities across teams **Qualifications:** - Minimum 10-15 years of programming experience with specified technologies - Leadership and team management experience with strategic planning ability - 5+ years of experience in technology consulting and solutions architecture - Proficient in specified technologies and frameworks - Fluent in current architecture trends and market conditions - Experience in complete project life cycle activities and agile methodologies - Strong communication skills and ability to work with global teams - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field - Openness to travel **Preferred Skills and Education:** - Master's degree in Computer Science or related field - Certification in specified technologies You will be part of a global digital consultancy that values work-life balance, offers competitive benefits, and encourages a diverse and inclusive workforce.
