About the Role

Senior Technical Analyst – DC Windows (L2)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide

  L2 support

  for

  Windows Server environments

  (2012/2016/2019).
• Manage and troubleshoot

  VMware

  and

  Hyper-V

  based virtual infrastructures.
• Handle patching using

  WSUS

  and

  SCCM

  ; perform

  system hardening

  and compliance tasks.
• Monitor SLA/OLA metrics and handle incidents and service requests via

  ticketing tools

  like ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.
• Perform

  server health checks

  , OS updates, and

  patch management

  on a regular basis.
• Monitor and manage performance and availability of servers and critical data center systems.
• Document issues, solutions, and build knowledge base for recurring incidents.
• Collaborate with L3 support teams for escalated issues and RCA (Root Cause Analysis).
• Support and maintain

  data center operations

  , including backups, DR drills, and hardware coordination.

Technical Skill Set:

✅ Windows Server Administration (2012/2016/2019)

✅ VMware, Hyper-V Virtualization

✅ SCCM, WSUS – Deployment & Management

✅ Patch Management & System Hardening

✅ Incident & Request Management via Ticketing Tools

✅ SLA / OLA Monitoring & Compliance

✅ Windows Infrastructure Support & Maintenance

✅ Data Center Best Practices & Troubleshooting

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Minimum

  4 years

  of relevant L2 experience in a

  Windows DC environment

  .
• Strong understanding of

  ITIL processes

  and working in SLA-driven setups.
• Good communication, documentation, and troubleshooting skill
