What will you be doing?

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a significant role in sourcing and attracting the right talent from the market through various methods of hiring. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and multiple priorities with an ability to leverage his/her own network/connections for meeting the hiring requirements of the organization and own the process end to end.

Job Responsibilities

  • Working on the open hiring requirements and ensuring speedy closure of positions.
  • Understanding the hiring requirement in detail and applying best hiring practices.
  • Search & source candidates through various means not only limited to an in-house database.
  • Screening candidates and checking the fitment of the profile.
  • Plan, and coordinate for scheduling interviews with the hiring manager and hiring team.
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate campus recruitment as & when needed.
  • Proactively engaging with the hiring team/hiring manager throughout the interview process and also to understand the interview status and take the next steps.
  • Keeping the connection with the candidate throughout the process.
  • Maintain required reports on hiring to generate required status.
  • Responsible branding and talent acquisition strategy building

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in IT recruitment preferably in a global, high-tech organization or product-based company.
  • Relevant Degree or MBA in HR or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Good understanding of technologies and skillsets for IT recruitment.
  • Should be an expert in IT recruitment and hiring methods.
  • Should have experience in campus recruitment.
  • Should have experience with ATS, job boards, and other hiring tools.
  • Should be able to leverage connections and good with networking.
  • Should be Hands-on in creating relevant reports.
  • Multi-tasking, go-getter, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks with an appropriate sense of urgency.
  • Attention to detail with excellent organizing skills.
  • Should be flexible in schedule and own the working end to end.
  • Should be able to devote the required time for hiring.
  • Pro-active and high-level ownership & accountability.
