Role & responsibilities

IT Recruiter

What Youll Do

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements.
  • Source, screen & select top IT talent through job boards, networks & direct sourcing.
  • Draft and publish engaging job postings.
  • Ensure a seamless interview process & great candidate experience.
  • Provide market insights on talent trends and salary benchmarks.
  • Negotiate offers and support onboarding.
  • Build a strong pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Represent Bluvium at events & forums to boost employer branding.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • Experience in IT recruitment with strong sourcing & networking skills.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools (Zoho Recruit is a plus) and professional platforms (LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management & negotiation skills.
