About the Role : We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Sales Executive/Manager to lead our sales efforts in the US market. This is a high-impact role where you will work at the intersection of technology and enterprise sales, helping clients adopt cutting-edge solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise sales, preferably in SaaS or IT solutions, with a consultative approach to solving customer challenges. Key Responsibilities : Identify and target high-value enterprise clients in the US market. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan aligned with revenue and growth objectives. Conduct discovery calls, deliver compelling product demos, and lead proposal discussions. Build and nurture strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers. Collaborate with marketing teams on demand-generation campaigns and account-based strategies. Drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, from initial prospecting through contract negotiation and closure, managing multiple stakeholders across departments. Participate in industry events and conferences to build brand presence. Develop account expansion strategies for existing enterprise clients. Utilize advanced sales technologies, such as AI-driven sales intelligence tools, for prospecting and pipeline management. Mentor and guide junior team members, including Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and interns, to improve team performance. Regularly update CRM systems with accurate sales data, maintain pipeline health, and provide precise sales forecasts. Stay up to date with the latest market trends, competitor activities, and industry innovations. Skills and Qualifications : Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. 4-5 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in SaaS, IT, or technology services. Proven experience selling Salesforce products, particularly CPQ and Revenue Cloud, is a significant advantage. Experience with enterprise-level contract negotiations and pricing strategies. Experience with virtual selling and remote demonstration tools. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in modern CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools. Ability to work in US time zones, if required. Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Preferred Traits : A strong network within the US market, particularly among enterprise-level decision-makers. A consultative sales approach with the ability to diagnose client pain points and propose actionable, tech-driven solutions. Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-oriented mindset. Passion for leveraging technology to drive client success and business growth. Data-driven approach to sales planning and execution. Strong project management skills for coordinating complex POCs and implementations. Ability to build and maintain executive relationships virtually.
