Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Retail Hiring to lead our retail recruitment efforts across multiple store locations and regions. This role is critical to scaling our store operations by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across retail roles including store associates, assistant managers, store managers, and regional leaders. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in high-volume, multi-location retail hiring and a passion for creating a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for retail positions across stores and regions. Partner closely with Retail Operations, HR Business Partners, and Regional Managers to forecast hiring needs and design strategic recruitment plans. Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of recruiters and coordinators focused on retail talent acquisition. Implement efficient high-volume hiring processes and tools to ensure rapid, scalable hiring across locations. Enhance employer branding initiatives to attract frontline retail talent and increase awareness in key markets. Oversee and optimize recruitment channels including job boards, career fairs, social media, and local outreach programs. Leverage data and analytics to monitor performance metrics such as time-to-fill, turnover, and hiring funnel effectiveness. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory hiring requirements in different states or regions. Promote and ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring practices. Manage vendor relationships (e.g., staffing agencies, background check providers, job platforms). Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master's preferred). 8+ years of experience in recruitment with at least 3 years leading high-volume or retail hiring initiatives. Demonstrated success in hiring for retail positions at scale (e.g., multi-unit stores, seasonal ramp-up, or expansion). Experience managing a distributed recruitment team across multiple geographies. Strong knowledge of ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Taleo, iCIMS) and sourcing tools. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with field leadership and store teams. Data-driven mindset with experience using KPIs and recruitment metrics to inform strategy. Knowledge of local labor laws and best practices for hourly and management retail hiring. Preferred Experience: Prior experience working in a fast-paced retail or consumer-facing environment. Experience launching or managing seasonal hiring campaigns. Familiarity with workforce planning tools or HRIS systems.
