Role Overview

Senior Talent Acquisition – Leadership Hiring


Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership Hiring & Talent Strategy

  • Drive full-cycle recruitment for senior leadership roles across functions and business verticals.
  • Build and execute leadership hiring strategies aligned with organizational growth plans.
  • Develop robust succession pipelines and maintain a strong network of high-quality senior professionals.

2. Stakeholder & Business Partnering

  • Work closely with CXOs, Business Heads, and HRBPs to understand role requirements, market realities, and leadership expectations.
  • Provide data-backed recommendations on organizational structure, compensation benchmarking, and talent availability.
  • Manage expectations and ensure a high-touch, consultative approach with internal stakeholders.

3. Talent Sourcing & Market Intelligence

  • Leverage multiple sourcing channels including headhunting, market mapping, internal referrals, search firms, social platforms, and industry networks.
  • Conduct ongoing industry research to produce leadership talent insights (competitor hiring patterns, talent movements, compensation trends).
  • Build and maintain a strong leadership candidate repository.

4. Candidate Assessment & Experience

  • Evaluate leadership competencies through structured interviews and discussion-based assessments.
  • Ensure a premium, consistent, and professional candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Guide candidates through interviews, negotiations, and onboarding.

5. Governance, Processes & Reporting

  • Ensure data accuracy on ATS platforms and compliance with internal hiring norms.
  • Drive recruitment reporting, dashboarding, and weekly/monthly updates for senior management.
  • Manage external search partners and evaluate performance.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 14–18 years

    of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least

    5+ years in leadership hiring from IT/ITES sector

    .
  • Strong understanding of business services, Leadership staffing, technology, or related industries (preferred).
  • Immediate joiners are preferred.
  • Proven experience hiring senior leaders in high-growth or diversified organizations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority roles with tight timelines.
  • Strong analytical capability and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
