Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Platform Administration:
o Manage and maintain the Gainsight platform, including user setup,
permissions, and configuration.
o Customize Gainsight Dashboards, Reports, Rules Engine, and other features
to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
o Perform routine audits to ensure system accuracy, data cleanliness, and
platform stability.
Data Management:
o Ensure accurate and timely data integration between Gainsight and other
systems (e.g., Salesforce, RedShift , etc.).
o Manage data imports, data mapping, and data health checks to ensure
reliable reporting and analytics.
o Develop processes and controls to ensure data consistency and quality.
Process Optimization:
o Design, implement, and optimize Customer Success workflows within
Gainsight, such as customer journey mapping, health scores, and
playbooks.
o Build automation and rules within Gainsight to streamline processes like
customer renewals, upsells, and cross - sells.
o Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements, build solutions, and
ensure optimal utilization of Gainsight.
Reporting & Insights:
o Create and manage dashboards, reports, and scorecards to track key
customer health metrics, customer satisfaction, and overall performance.
o Analyze data trends and deliver actionable insights to support customer
success strategies and executive decision - making.
Continuous Improvement:
o Stay up to date with Gainsight s product releases and new features to ensure
the platform is fully leveraged.
o Gather feedback from internal teams to continuously refine Gainsight
configurations and workflows.
o Lead or assist in Gainsight - related projects and initiatives aimed at
improving Curriculum A ss ociates processes and outcomes.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (or
equivalent work experience).
2+ years of experience in Gainsight administration or similar customer success
platforms.
Strong understanding of customer success operations, CRM systems (e.g.,
Salesforce), and data management best practices.
Experience with Gainsight s Rules Engine, Journey Orchestrator, and other core
features.
Strong analytical and problem - solving skills, with the ability to work cross -
functionally and manage multiple projects.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to train and support end - users.
Basic SQL or data querying skills
Knowledge of customer success processes and best practices p referred .
Project Management skills preferred.
