Senior System Administrator

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior System Administrator with good communication skill to join our IT Operations team. This role is responsible for maintaining and supporting enterprise systems with a focus on device management (JAMF, Microsoft MDM) and identity/access management (Okta) . The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment and ensure high availability and performance of IT services. Key Responsibilities: Provide round-the-clock support for IT systems and infrastructure. Administer and manage JAMF Pro for macOS/iOS device deployment, configuration, and compliance. Support and maintain Microsoft Intune (MDM) for Windows and mobile device management along with O365, Windows AD, Exchange, SharePoint & Slack Manage user lifecycle and access policies in Okta , including SSO and MFA configurations. Knowledge on Windows/MAC laptops to configure and trouble shooting. Monitor system performance, availability, and security using appropriate tools. Respond to incidents, service requests, and alerts in a timely and professional manner. Perform routine maintenance, patching, and updates across systems. Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps. Collaborate with other IT teams to support projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in a system administration or IT support role. Hands-on experience with: JAMF Pro (macOS/iOS device management) Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager Okta (SSO, MFA, user provisioning) Zoom, Slack, MS Teams, Strong understanding of ITIL practices , incident management, and change control. Familiarity with scripting (e.g., Bash, PowerShell) for automation. Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. Ability to work independently during off-hours and escalate when necessary. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications such as JAMF Certified Tech/Admin , Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator , or Okta Certified Administrator . Experience with monitoring tools Knowledge of networking fundamentals and security best practices. Work Environment: Rotational shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
