As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, analysis, and assessment of structural systems for a wide variety of projects, including commercial, residential, and industrial developments.
• Provide expertise in structural engineering principles, materials, and codes to deliver safe, efficient, and cost-effective solutions.
• Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other engineering disciplines to ensure project success from concept to completion.
• Mentor junior engineers, offering guidance and support to develop their technical skills and career growth.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and evaluations to ensure designs meet project specifications and quality standards.
• Prepare detailed reports, calculations, and presentations for clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, codes, and regulations to ensure compliance and incorporate best practices into projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in structural engineering, with a strong background in both design and analysis.
• Expertise in structural analysis software (e.g., AutoCAD, SAP2000, ETABS, Revit, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of local and international building codes and standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a variety of structural materials including steel, concrete, timber, and masonry.
• Proven experience in preparing technical reports and documentation for clients and stakeholders.
