Job Title: Senior Store & Dispatch Officer
Location: Shirwal, Maharashtra
Industry: Cutting Tools Manufacturing
Experience Required: 8 – 10 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall stores operations including receipt, storage, and issue of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods.
• Ensure accurate inventory management through proper documentation, cycle counts, and stock audits.
• Plan and execute dispatch activities in coordination with production, sales, and

logistics teams to meet customer requirements on time.

• Maintain proper records of inward/outward materials in ERP/Inventory system.
• Implement and monitor FIFO/FEFO practices to minimize wastage and optimize storage.
• Ensure safe handling, storage, and preservation of materials as per company

standards.

• Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and courier partners for smooth logistics and timely deliveries.
• Prepare MIS reports on stock levels, dispatches, material shortages, and pending orders.
• Lead and guide the store & dispatch team to achieve operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to material movement,

documentation, and audits.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency and cost reduction in store & dispatch processes.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain / Materials Management / Logistics or related field.
• 8 – 10 years of proven experience in store and dispatch management, preferably in the manufacturing industry (cutting tools / engineering background preferred).
• Strong knowledge of inventory control systems, ERP (SAP/Oracle/Tally), and MS Office.
• Excellent understanding of logistics, transport coordination, and dispatch planning.
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Knowledge of safety standards and compliance in stores & dispatch operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
