Senior Star Telemarketer

As a Senior Telemarketer at iCare Software, your primary role will involve expanding the company's outreach in the U.S. childcare and education sector. You will play a crucial part in identifying and qualifying leads, initiating cold conversations, and nurturing high-value opportunities for the sales and success teams. Unlike traditional script-reading call center jobs, we are seeking individuals who can actively listen, adapt, and engage in meaningful conversations with decision-makers. **Key Responsibilities:** - Cold call early education providers across the U.S. - Qualify leads and pass high-potential ones to sales or success teams - Track responses and update the CRM (HubSpot) - Tailor messaging to suit different lead types and buyer personas - Document outcomes and consistently enhance outreach performance **Qualifications Required:** - Demonstrated experience in U.S. SaaS telemarketing, preferably within edtech, childcare, or SMB verticals - Proficiency in spoken English and confidence in conducting live calls with directors, administrators, or business owners - Strong storytelling and persuasion skills with the ability to adjust pitches in real-time - Familiarity with CRM tools, call tracking systems, and lead qualification metrics - Willingness to work night shifts from home (U.S. East Coast to West working hours) If you believe you possess the necessary skills and experience for this role, we encourage you to complete the Telemarketing Experience Questionnaire and submit your resume along with a cover letter to jobs@icaresoftware.com.
