Job Description

As a Senior Specialist in Influencer Marketing at StayVista, you will play a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and managing influencer and brand partnerships to elevate StayVista's online presence. Your primary responsibility will involve leading influencer campaigns, co-branded initiatives, and strategic collaborations that align with the brand's values, ultimately driving awareness and conversions. - Spearhead influencer campaigns, co-branded initiatives, and strategic collaborations - Plan, execute, and oversee influencer campaigns on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and others - Develop and pitch co-branded partnership ideas with lifestyle, travel, and luxury brands - Build and maintain long-term relationships with key influencers and collaborators - Track and analyze campaign data to measure engagement, ROI, and effectiveness - Optimize future campaigns based on insights gathered To excel in this role, you should have: - Proven track record in managing influencer relations and executing end-to-end campaigns - Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends - Minimum 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital campaigns, or brand partnerships - Preferably experience within the travel, hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury sectors StayVista values individuals who embody core values such as being Curious, User-Centric, Resourceful, Aspiring, Trustworthy, and Enjoying what they do.
