Here's what you can expect in this role: **Role Overview:** - Perform change management assessments and demonstrate proficiency in methodologies and process improvement. - Develop actionable deliverables for core change management activities such as Stakeholder management, Communications & Engagement, Change Impact Assessments, and more. - Coordinate efforts with other specialists and senior leaders to integrate change management activities into project plans. - Evaluate user readiness, manage multiple stakeholders, and provide ongoing support during organizational change. **Key Responsibilities:** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Psychology, or Certification in Change Management. - Minimum 5 years of successful experience in Change Management. - Strong leadership skills, proficiency in English, and excellent interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office tools and the ability to drive change at all organizational levels. **How You Would Stand Out:** - Knowledge of Data Analytics and BI tools. - Consulting experience or supporting large-scale change initiatives. - SAP experience would be an advantage.
