Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sous Chef located in Mumbai. The Senior Sous Chef will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and hygiene. The role also involves supervising kitchen staff, managing inventory, and contributing to the creation of new and innovative dishes. The Senior Sous Chef will work closely with the culinary team to ensure a seamless dining experience for clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in culinary arts, food preparation, and presentation skills
• Experience in menu planning and developing new recipes
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen management
• Ability to supervise and train kitchen staff
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Passion for creating nutritious and flavorful dishes
• Experience in a high-end or luxury dining environment is a plus
• Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
