Job Description

Design and configure SAP S/4HANA SD solutions specifically for spare parts operations, including sales order processing, pricing, billing, returns and service parts management.

Support integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems
Align system configuration with logistics processes such as delivery scheduling, ATP (Available-to-Promise), and parts returns.
Develop functional specifications for custom developments and interfaces.
Conduct functional testing and support UAT and cutover activities.
Deliver training to end users and create relevant documentation.
Provide ongoing support and enhancement post go-live to improve process performance and user experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or higher in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of SAP experience, with a strong focus on SD.
Good work experience in SAP S/4HANA. Participation in at least one implementation project in S4HANA in an automotive or aftermarket service environment.
Deep knowledge of spare parts logistics, service order processing, and reverse logistics.
Experience with complex pricing models and customer-specific conditions.
