Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SAP CO functional implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Execute a minimum of three full-cycle CO S/4HANA implementations, specifically in manufacturing environments.
• Provide expertise in manufacturing scenarios including Make-to-Order (MTO), Make-to-Stock (MTS), Discrete & Process Manufacturing.
• Implement and manage Product Cost Collectors (PCC) for repetitive manufacturing.
• Demonstrate strong hands-on experience in Product Costing & Cost Object Controlling, Material Ledger & Actual Costing, Multiple Valuation & Transfer Pricing.
• Facilitate Month-End and Year-End closing activities, ensuring compliance with SAP best practices and financial accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions across FI, PP, MM, and SD modules.
• Leverage strong expertise in S/4HANA, Fiori, and Data Migration to enhance business processes and system performance.
• Work with Batch Management, Variant Configuration, Interfaces, IDOCs, and FICO-related integrations.
• Provide mentorship and knowledge transfer to junior consultants and business users as needed.

Skills Required:

• Deep functional expertise in SAP CO, SAP COPA, and SAP HANA
• Proven experience as Solution Architect in SAP implementation projects
• Strong implementation exposure to S/4HANA, especially in the manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge in Product Costing, Cost Object Controlling, Material Ledger, and Transfer Pricing
• Familiarity with PCC -- Product Cost Collectors and repetitive manufacturing scenarios
• Cross-functional integration skills with FI, PP, MM, and SD
• Experience working with Batch Management, Variant Configuration, IDOCs, and Interfaces
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a high-responsibility role and drive business-critical decisions
