Senior Software Engineer

As a Software Developer in this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining stable products using the latest tech-stack and frameworks while following Agile and DevOps methodologies. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality solutions within planned deadlines and leading a team of developers effectively. You will have the opportunity to redesign and enhance applications with the latest technologies, contributing significantly to the company's achievements. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of developers in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, review, and deployment. - Work on Python and Java to build web platforms with Angular 9+ or React. - Build applications with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes. - Write complex DB queries using SQL Server or MySQL, along with experience in No-SQL databases. - Develop RESTful APIs using Python and frameworks like Spring MVC or Flask. - Utilize ORM tools like SQLAlchemy, SQLObject, Storm, or Django for efficient coding. - Demonstrate proficiency in Object-Oriented programming and Agile methodologies. - Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to solve problems and be accountable for deliverables. - Advocate for technical excellence, innovation, and adaptation to change when necessary. - Utilize DevOps tools and practices for software development and deployment. - Have knowledge of Test Driven Development and cloud technologies like AWS or Azure. Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years of experience in two or more development languages. - Proficiency in Python is a must, with experience in Java being an advantage. - Experience with Angular 9+ or React for web platform development. - Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, SQL databases, and No-SQL databases. - Strong skills in writing high-quality, well-tested code and leading development teams. - Comfort with Agile methodologies, JavaScript frameworks, and cloud technologies. - Preferred certifications in AWS or OCPJP.
