Salary range: Rs 6000000 - Rs 19000000 (ie INR 60-190 LPA)

Senior Software Engineer

to take ownership of hands-on coding, code evaluation, and optimization within our GenAI projects. This role demands strong technical depth, problem-solving expertise, and the ability to work directly on complex coding challenges.

Requirements

Core Responsibilities

Code Generation & Refinement: Write, review, and optimize code to address real-world problems.
Code Validation Frameworks: Design, build, and maintain test frameworks, automated benchmarks, and evaluation pipelines.
Code Quality & Performance: Ensure correctness, scalability, efficiency, and reliability of both AI- and human-generated code.
Collaboration: Partner with research, product, and engineering teams to integrate feedback and enhance overall model performance.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience: 7-10+ years in developing and delivering large-scale, high-quality software solutions.
Programming Expertise: Strong proficiency in at least one of Python, Java, C, C++, or JavaScript (multi-language adaptability preferred).
Code Evaluation: Practical experience with test suites, designing metrics, and validating correctness, performance, and security.
GenAI Exposure (Preferred): Familiarity with LLMs, code generation, fine-tuning, and evaluation workflows.
